JSC’s Board of Commissioners Approved to Register the Capital Increase of Rum Group. 20-10-2010
In their meeting held on 12/10/2010, JSC’s Board of Commissioners approved to register the capital increase of Rum Group. The decision was recorded under no (526/2010).
The capital increase will be through issuing (5,300,000) through public offering for the shareholders of the Group. The issuance price is JD 1 per share. With this capital increase the Group will stand at a paid-up capital of JD 14.0 mn. The proceeds will be invested in increasing the Group's share in Petra Airlines.
